Warranties

We warrant our products for 1 year from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects only.

If the product has been altered in any way, the warranty is void.

Returns

360 Conditioning is dedicated to serving our customers. If after receiving your order it is not what you were expecting please contact us immediately for a return authorization number, info@360conditioning.com or 1-888-360-4625.

Please keep all the paperwork that you receive with the order and any email correspondence relating to the order in case of future discrepancies. If the shipment is damaged when you receive it from the courier company be sure to make note on their documentation and you may refuse the delivery.
