Terms and Payment:
We accept Visa and MasterCard only, or C.O.D., C.O.D. fees are $20.00 for each order.  If you have been approved for terms they would be 1% 10 net 30.

Institutional purchase orders (government and schools) are accepted, however special arrangements must be made, please contact us to make these arrangements.

Backorders:
At 360 Conditioning, we have an extensive selection of sports and Physical Education equipment for schools, camps, associations, fitness facilities, institutional, teams, and leagues. We have a “never out” policy.  We keep a steady inventory of about 1,600 SKU’s at any given time which ready to ship.   It is unlikely that your desired product will not be available however, if it is out of stock, you will be notified by email or by phone with the option to cancel the item or replace it.

Direct/Drop Shipments:
We do have the capability to drop ship items to a third party location the charge for this service is $6.00.

Minimum Order Requirements:
Our Minimum order requirement is $125.00 before freight and taxes.  If your order is below this amount, a surcharge of $15.00 that will be applied.

Warranty Policy:
1 year from date of purchase from us, Manufactured Defects only.  If an item has been altered in any way the warranty is VOID.

Returns:

360 Conditioning is dedicated to serving our customers.
If after receiving your order it is not what you were expecting please contact us immediately for a return authorization number at info[-at-]360conditioning.com or 1-888-360-4625.

Please keep all the paperwork that you receive with the order and any email correspondence relating to the order in case of future discrepancies.

Our restocking fee is 15% or $15.00 whichever is greater.  All shipments must be returned prepaid freight with the R.A. number on the outside of the carton.  Please be sure to use a traceable carrier to ensure return delivery and credit to account.  Shipping costs will not be refunded.  If goods are returned without authorization they will be refused.  Returned merchandise must be in the original condition and packaging and the RA# provided must be marked on the carton or they will be rejected.  R.A. #’s will only be valid for 30 days, please contact customer service after this time.

If the shipment is damaged when you receive it from the courier company be sure to make note on their documentation and you may refuse the delivery.
