The Fit-Stik offers trainers and athletes a fun, portable and super-convenient solution for fitness training on-the-go! The Fit-Stik was engineered by researchers at Stroops to provide a way to combine the benefits of resistance training with a classic barbell workout - the result is the Fit-Stik, a unique piece of fitness equipment that does it all. To enhance the portability of the Fit-Stik, it was designed with a new twist-lock setup that allows the Fit-Stik to break into two small pieces 17" in length and to assemble into one piece measuring 32" in length. The design is also accompanied by end caps that simply twist off to reveal a slot the perfect size for Slastix Resistance Tubing. Slide a handle in to each side of the Fit-Stik and you're ready for a full-body workout!

PLEASE NOTE:

The Fit-Stik is manufactured to work with Stroops Slastix Toners only. Resistances above Very Heavy will not work with the Fit-Stik due to the over-sized handles required on the Super and Ultra Heavy resistances.
