The Boa is a great fitness equipment tool designed by Stroops to rapidly develop speed, strength and stamina. The Boa takes velocity training (the core of battling rope training) and combines it with resistance training for one of the most intense personal training sessions any piece of fitness equipment can offer! Boas combine the benefits of velocity training and resistance training in one, compact package that's half the size of the original Anaconda - each Boa is 10' long versus 20' lengths for an Anaconda.

Its compact design is perfect for portability and storage. Additionally, if you currently use battling ropes in your MMA training, sports conditioning, personal training or boot camps, you can simply anchor a Boa on to each end of your battling ropes to combine the power of resistance training with velocity training!

**Please Note: The Boa is sold individually as a single 10' rope. The current production of the Boa comes with a carabineer clip on each end and a separate fabric loop with a d-ring that can be clipped into the Boa and used as a handle. If you wish to have a fabric loop at each end, please purchase an additional Wrap-Around Anchor to clip into the Boa.
